T(rip) is a hand-drawn point-and-click adventure that has you guiding a character around doing very random things.

He’s a young guy who lives by himself in an apartment complex. The game goes through a few periods of his lift and you see him change his clothing and appearance as you progress through the “chapters.” You’ll need to combine and look for items in different ways in order to achieve a specific tasks. Don’t want to spoil your trip into insanity! Or did I just do that?

You’ll then find out something is awry as his lift becomes kind of “crazy.” You’ll have to find out what happens for yourself. The game really does take you through T(rip).

Good Morning Drifter is a narrative game where you’re hanging out with your friends at a Saturday morning race club.

You’re a member of a wheely amateur race club at the local car park. You’re not racing this week because you’re having some car troubles, but you’re not gonna let that stop you from having some fun! You’re there to chat up the ladies, friends, and even eat some fruits. You can even watch the other members race while you just hang out.

You can chat with four racers each with unique personalities and get to know each one. You can watch four races with the outcomes that are dependent on how the AI drives. The game is mainly a game to just relax and play around with. It’s for the casual players with a funny and relaxing tale to enjoy. Try out Good Morning Drifter and watch the races!

Flamingo Quest is a relaxing little adventure game.

It’s a game about a random girl who was raised by a group of flamingos. The game starts out with a group of your “family” and you walk around exploring a small area. You’ll then end up windsurfing a green entity around on a boat. Then it gets weirder. I don’t want to spoil the game, but you’ll have to find out for yourself.

P.E. Noire is an adventure point-and-click puzzle game.

You play the role of a hall monitor and it’s your duty to find out what happened with a series of forged notes from PE. Someone is dodging PE class by writing all these notes, and you’re on the case to find out what’s going on. As you traverse Sunnyside Elementary, you’ll play as a private detective walking around the schoolyard looking for clues, talking to students, and listening to some light jazz while you’re at it.

The principal is depending on you to find out what happened to the student Melvin. You’re on it!

P.E. Noire takes about 10 minutes to play and has a unique artwork style. It’s worth playing just for the lulz. And it runs right in your browser so now download is needed. The storyline is amazing!

This Side Up is a funny first-person adventure game where you need to fulfill your friend’s wishes to keep a random little box safe.

You’re at your friend’s house and you see his most prized possession- a mysterious little box safeguarded by rope placed on a pedestal. He’s left you some detailed instructions on taking care of it and defending it from anyone who tries to touch it. You’d think it’d be safe enough inside his house, but weird things start happening that involves the FBI, getting a sandwich, and even orbiting a cat into space.

The game is a very weird little narrative adventure that’s definitely worth playing. Guaranteed laughs.

Outrunning Space! (URL Bar Runner, Running Out of Space) is a single-button runner idle game that takes place in your URL bar.

Yeah, things are getting prety ridiculous in this realm of gaming. All you do is press a single key to jump over the various obstacles that get yoin your way as you’re endlessly running in your URL bar. If you hit one, you’ll move to the left towards the pound (#) symbol. If you touch it, it’s game over.

The game is pretty easy and nothing special. But the point is that you’re playing a game in your browser URL bar. Isn’t that crazy enough?

Star Citizen is having its free Alpha weekend this week with players able to jump into the huge game with its huge success with over 190K in crowd-funded support.

Star Citizen is a multiplayer space trading game that was originally planned for release back in 2014 and is a huge game where up to 50 players can travel the universe together and take part in over 30 procedurally-generated missions with 60 types of ships and over 300 pieces of weapons, armors, and items. It’s a huge game for an alpha release.

So far, the game is relatively polished and playable. It already has a solid foundation with the attention to detail and huge scope of the game. Players can explore, trade, and fight enemies in space. The free alpha weekend is available until August 27th, so turn on your hyperdrive and jump in! Sign up!

Jonathan’s Whale is a weird little adventure game that’s all about a man and his pet whale. Yup. A whale.

The game takes place in the ocean at night time where you slowly paddle your way through the dark abyss. Is it really night time? Is it an ocean? Play it and find out.

You start out in a boat in a river within the city. You can see the city skyline, lights, and a sunset. As you progress through the experience, you can use your fishing rode to catch some of the city’s junk in the river. As you get further into the game, it gets kinda strange. You’ll have to find out for yourself. It gets pretty crazy. Very quickly.

Legend of Xenia 3D is an awesome game that’s like playing Legend of Zelda, the original game, in pixelated 3D graphics and design.

The entire game is truly 3D with the ability to look in any direction and completely walk around the game’s world to the same extent. The game is like Zelda where you wake up as a girl with a sword and you’re off to explore. There’s no real story other than exploring the environment, doing quests, talking to NPCs, and just being amazed by the artwork.

Personally, I think it’s a little too pixelated, but it doesn’t really detract from the overall experience. There is a bit of lag when lots of slimes are around, but it’s not bad either. The game lets you explore the world as you listen to the superb music. There’s light narration for those who like backstory. It’s one very unique experience as you’ll feel like you’re playing Zelda. You can definitely see the inspiration from the game throughout this game’s world. Controls work. Artstyle is awesome. And the graphics are pleasing.

Clippy’s Awakening is an awesome little dungeon crawler on your desktop where you play as the annoying little paperclip assistant from Microsoft Word!

You need to search through files, learn skills and abilities, and even fight enemies all over the computer’s hard drive on an abandoned PC from the 95 era. You’ll have to clean up the hard disk by defeating a rogue program that’s filling it up like a virus or trojan. Clippy can move around the desktop and search a variety of folders. You’ll find keys, delete files, and even unlock special ability which will let you progress. You can even fire a mouse pointer across the desktop to fight corrupted folders and bosses!

Clippy’s Awakening is an awesome little desktop simulator game that’s worth a play. If you grew up in the 90s, you’ll be happy to see that Clippy’s back (or not)! Try out the game using the link and take a trip back to the 90s.
