Band of Defenders is fun little game to play with friends! It’s nothing like you’ve ever seen before.

It’s a game that blends tower defense, crafting, and combat all into one title. I haven’t really seen any other game pull this kind of feat before, so I’m gonna call it a unique concept.

The game is primarily a tower defense game, but it’s played in a first-person perspective rather than the top-down character-less gameplay style we’re accustomed to. You need to build up your base and expand it in order to take down baddies and mutants across many different levels that span a range of environments in a treacherous world that’s been destroyed by nukes.

It takes place in a post-apocalyptic world and you’ll need to build up your defense before the wave approaches! It’s a really awesome concept and this is the kind of creative work we need to see more of.

You build up your base, add barricades, and position powerful turrets to help you out. Then you launch the wave and let havoc wreck!

After each wave, you’ll be able to repair damaged structures as well. The game takes the tower defense genre and ads a whole bunch of twists to it that really change up the gameplay.

But then comes the best part as well- the bible to fight with your turrets to take down the mobs. You can get up close to each mob in first person view and mow them down! This is something I’ve never seen before. Fight with your turrets to help them out and take down strategic mobs on the field in each wave.

Like any other tower defense game, it gets harder each wave. You’ll face difficult waves with stronger enemies and more numbers until you hit the boss wave, which is super difficult to beat unless you know what you’re doing.

The game’s shining feature is the ability to play with up to 4 players in co-op mode. This means each of you can divide up your tasks and fight the waves together alongside the turrets. This is just awesome.

Band of Defenders ios tower defense, unlike anything you’ve seen before. You can wreak havoc with over 30 weapons that include everything like you basic pistol to electric guns from the future. There are also over 65 buildings and structures to use. The guns and buildings can also be upgraded as you progress through the level. And there are 4 characters to choose from so you don’t have to be clones of the same person with your friends!

The game is seriously fun to play with friends. It’s tower defense with a fresh new take. It’s truly a modern co-op FPS game with towers.

The Arena is a new arena combat game that takes World of Warcraft’s Arena mode and puts its own spin on it.

So far, the game looks pretty awesome. You can choose from a few different classes such as a Wizard, Warlock, Archer, Mutant, Paladin, and Demon. They each have their own skills and abilities to master, though this is nothing special. A lot of the skills are stuff you’ve seen before if you’ve played any traditional MMORPG, so there’s nothing unique there.

But then again, it’s heavily inspired by WoW, so you can expect it.

What’s cool about The Arena is that the game is completely skill-based. The combat is non-targeted, meaning you need to use skillshots similar to the Battleground and Arena modes in World of Warcraft. You’ll be able to duke it out in 3v3 PvP team combat or take on another player in a 1v1 duel.

The game is still pretty new and there’s not much about it that you can find online. But from the gameplay videos I’ve seen, it looks like a pretty fast-paced combat game that any WoW player can appreciate. For those who don’t play WoW, it may be a little awkward to get into because the concept isn’t as popular as a survival or last man standing type of game.

The early footage looks promising. The UI is very similar to WoW with the layout of all the icons and the cooldown timers. There’s also no auto-targeting so everything is based on mechanics and skill. Although the UI is kind of bland, the rest of the game looks pretty decent. The sprites and artwork kind of looks like modern Runescape (RS3).

It looks like a game with potential. Arena is seriously popular in WoW, so a game dedicated to just that may spark a huge following. It looks like it can definitely be played competitively as well. These games have a habit of just blowing up.

Absolver is a third-person MMORPG with a focus on fighting.

It’s an online melee brawler.

You play as a “Prospect” and you’ve joined a group of other fighters. Together, you’re called the Absolvers. You’ve taken a vow and you must secure stability in the open world amongst other players.

The combat system is very unique. It’s very fluid and intuitive. How it works is you choose a series of attacks. You form a unique attack flow by combining different attacks, defensive positions, and other positions. You can choose your weapons and change or swap out different weapons or attacks. Each attack flow can be unique in a fight against an enemy. There are different combinations you can use.

You can test out your attacks when you encounter enemies in the world.

There are also quests and dungeons as well. The game plays like a traditional MMORPG but with a realistic look and very nice combat system in a 3D plane.

The graphics, sound, and gameplay are all very well done. Absolver is now in beta for you to play for yourself.

Strike Vector EX is an aerial combat shooter that requires quick reflexes and twitch reactions.

You’re a pilot of a transforming mechanical airplane. The game was originally released by Ragequit Corporation back in 2014, but this version has a lot of improvements over the original. For one, there’s a new control scheme. According to reviewers, it’s been much improved over the Strike Vector. Another thing is new gameplay modes.  There’s a single-player storyline that you can complete, and new features to go with it.

The best improvement is the graphics by far. Now, Strike Vector EX comes back with an all-new Unreal Engine 4 remake. Everything looks silky smooth and realistic. This is probably the only reason why I’d give this game a try- because it looks amazing. I’ve never played the original but this version has me drooling over the scenery.

As for the gameplay, it’s a very fast-paced combat game. You need to be able to dodge enemy fire and switch between different abilities, like strafing or activating your boosters. You need to be able to act fast because the game gets super busy at times. There are a ton of enemies on screen to shoot, enemy fire to dodge, and obstacles to avoid.

But it’s very easy to get used to the controls. That’s the easy part. The hard part is mastering the combat and acting fast enough in a plan of attack. You need to know your priorities when there are a ton of things going on. That’s what makes Strike Vector EX a blast to play.

And of course, there’s the multiplayer. You’ll have to see how crazy this is for yourself.
