Conrad is a survival game that’s based on an apocalyptic world.

Sure, there are literally tons and tons of survival games now based on anything and everything. Forests, shipwrecks, dinosaurs, steampunk, apocalypse, and even futuristic settings. You can find a survival game for nearly everything now. You know. The generic Unity engine survival game.

Conrad is a game being developed on where you need to survive in a post-apocalyptic world.

It has all the basic building blocks you’d expect. You can build a house, craft stuff, and you have your basic food and HP levels. It runs on Unity so it looks good and similar to games like Rust.

So far, it doesn’t look like it’s anything special and just swims in the sea with all the other survival games. It’s set to be released in December of 2017. We’ll keep our eye on it to see what path it’ll take. Will it a unique, refreshing take on the genre? Or just another game lost at sea?

It’s hard to make a survival game that’s actually good nowadays. This game needs a lot of work and polish to make it stand out amongst the rest and become a hit. But there’s always the possibility, so it’s worth watching.
