Rusty’s Rail is a relaxed and wondrous little clicker game.

You run a transportation company and you need to deliver customers around the country. By doing so, you earn cash. use that cash to get some upgrades and repeat the process. You know how it is- it’s a clicker game.

The old steam train you’re running is pretty awesome. You ned to manage it as it moves from station to station and such. The game isn’t super complex, as each level has you just choosing a location and that’s it. You can click on the train to make it move faster and upgrade it at each station. The game has upgrades that allow you to improve the cabin, engine, and auto engine.

As with any clicker game, there isn’t much to it, but it’s still pretty interesting to play. You’ll likely get an hour or so out of it. The game has some nice artwork as you traverse between stations and you can relax with the scenery and listen to the calming music. There are also random incidents that take place on the train that are pretty entertaining to read. Passengers can do some pretty random things.

Walk Sim Walk Sim is exactly what it sounds like. It’s a walking simulator.

It’s based on the first-person narrative theme where you walk around and you have a narrator that speaks to you. It’s similar to a game called Dear Esther, which was an amazing story and well done.

Walk Sim Walk Sim is a quick game that only lasts about 12 minutes. You go through the simulation of a walking simulation.

Is a walking simulator really a video game? Well, the whole point of the game is to discuss that matter. There are some really valid points thrown out here and there and makes you rethink about your opinion towards the genre. I don’t want to ruin any of the dialogue, you’ll have to see for yourself.

Walk Sim Walk Sim is an interesting “game” that’s full of surprises. A playthrough should take you no time at all and offers great points to talk about.

If you’re making a Let’s Play video, it’ll give plenty of opportunities to give your own thoughts on the matter.

Overall, you’ll learn some tidbits of knowledge about the genre and you just may have a deeper understanding for walking sims (especially if you’re against them).

NIGHTSTAR: Rogue Wings offers you a gaming experience that’ll have you drowning in nostalgia.

Think Star Fox with updated graphics, a ton more enemies, and twitch reflexes.

Enter NIGHTSTAR.

You’ll need quick thinking to play this game. Rouge Wings offers an awesome spaceship combat simulator combined with resources management and positioning.

You fly a spaceship with customizable equipment and tons of weapons to use. You have dual primary weapons and dual secondary weapons. You also get a teleport ability on top of that. Your primary weapons are to be used situationally. For example, piercing ammo pierces enemy ships and disruptor ammo removes enemy shields. You need to use them in order (shields first) to take down baddies. Your secondary weapons can be used in conjunction with your primaries. The EMP blastwave takes away huge portions of shields. You’ll also need to position yourself and use the locking ability to hit fast ships. If you think you’re fast enough, go for it. Get this game.

But, spamming your weapons won’t cut it. You need to assess your enemies and environment too. You have missions and you need to complete them. To do so, you need to know each baddies’ weakness and utilize the environment to your advantage (and avoid obstacles). The levels are gorgeous. They’re packed with detail and the atmosphere are very well done. Pair that with a good soundtarck and awesome sound effects, and you have a modern Star Fox on steroids.

If you’ve been waiting for Rising Storm 2: Vietnam, it’s now available in open beta. You can now download it and into in an all out war against the Vietnamese as the US armed forces or vice versa.

Rising Storm 2 was in closed beta until recently, so now it’s available for download.

If you’ve never heard of RS2, it’s a huge battlefront similar to the Battlefield series. It promises 64-player maps based on tactics, teamwork, and cooperation. If you’ve played any of the previous Rising Storm games, you know that they don’t skimp on realism. RS2 will have brutally realistic with historical accuracy, graphics, and sound that’ll create an atmospheric gameplay experience.

Rising Storm 2: Vietnam will have vastly different weaponry for the two forces. The Vietnamese will use guerrilla weapons, such as traps, ambushes, and close-range weapons whereas the US forces will have aircraft, gunships, napalm, and other weapons that were actually used during wartime. This offers some authentic gameplay based on the war and contributes to the realism of the Rising Storm series.

This game isn’t about running and gunning, impossible plays, nor false overpowered weapons. Rising Storm 2: Vietnam focuses on realism with an atmospheric take and deep strategy.
