Quest Room: Hanon is an escape game similar like The Room where you need to escape an Egyptian puzzle room with a timer that’s depleting constantly!

You’ve found the ancient artifact and you’re trapped. The room is full of a ton of small puzzles that you need to solve in order to escape. The puzzles range from easy to frustrating and will take you about half an hour to beat. When you solve a puzzle, it feels freakin’ amazing. You’ll have to observe the slightest movements in order to solve them.

There are also no prompts that annoy you and you have a timer. Your oxygen is depleting and you need to beat the game before then!

FACTS AND FUTURES is a game where you need to tune a radio in order to match the wave patterns to decode a message to you.

The source is unknown, but it’s likely from another reality that’s delivering an important message about the dangers of the world’s false information to the people. The game is a puzzle game at its cor, and you need to match two sets of waves with each other by tuning the amplitude, frequency, phase, and ripple settings. The game gets pretty difficult at later levels, so you’ll need to think and be on your toes since the controls are a bit sensitive.

Blow the Hen Down is a comical mischief game where you’re a pirate with too many hens onboard your ship.

So what’s a pirate captain to do? Blow them all down, of course!

You can use cannonballs, bombs, and pick up various objects on the boat. For starters, you can pick up the hens and shove them into the canons as canon fodder. That’s one way to rid ethem.

Another thing you can do is to simply pick up random bombs you have scattered all over our ship and blow them up! But the problem is that they’re hens- they lay EGGS. And the eggs instantly spawn into new hens. So it’s all up to you to see if you can rid your hen infestation before they commandeer your ship and sink your ship!

The Toymaker’s Bequest is a gorgeous clockwork puzzle game that touches on a sensitive issue.

Gameplay is a lot like The Room where it features multiple stories to play through. The current build has just one of four planned stories that show the struggles of a toymaker in a society that doesn’t accept the LGBT perspective. She tells her stories through small little tidbirts of clockwork toys in a unique and emotional puzzler.

Dora and Agnes, two escapologists who deeply care for each other are the main characters in this story. It takes place in a marionette theater and has them escaping a tank of water. The game is a story and you need to solve various puzzles in order to activate mechanisms in the theater that progresses the game. They’re not difficult, as that’s not the point of the game. It’s more for the emotional experience and narration you’ll experience as you solve the puzzles.

L: An Interactive Mystery is a narrative mystery detective simulator game.

You take the role of a detective (you’re actually just her parent) and you need to find out what happened to your daughter- she disappeared and the only piece of evidence you have is her cellphone. You need to look through her phone and find out where she is. The catch is that there’s a limited amount of memory available on the phone and you have to delete files and apps in order to get new ones.

And there’s a limited battery life on it because you don’t have a charger, so you need to manage your snooping resources in order to maximize your chances of finding out what happened to her. Deleting stuff and installing stuff consumes power, so you need to pay attention to all information before you delete it.

The game is fully on her cell phone and you can browse apps, messages, and pictures saved on the phone as you discover more about her personal life. You need to find out her real side and what happened to her.

The National Library of Geometric Impossibilities! is a puzzle game where you explore a library and need to solve some mind-bending spaces and puzzles as you try to return books to their proper location in a surreal library.

It’s like getting trapped in one of those impossible optical illusion puzzles. Your a dude that just started his new job at the library and all you need to do is turn books in to where they belong on the shelves. It seems easy, but it’s not. You need to navigate some complex areas that really make you think what exactly you’re looking at. You need to solve puzzles and get across some impossible spaces that don’t make sense in order to progress. It really screws with your perception.

The game is only about 20 minutes long but it’s a very complicated puzzler with some imposing architecture and creative and difficult puzzle design. If you’re looking for a trippy puzzler, try out The National Library of Geometric Impossibilities!

Second Scholar is a grid-based puzzle game with some strange gameplay elements to it.

You play on a small grid and you have two dimensions- time and movement. When you move up and right, time progresses. When you move down and left, time reverses. You’re in control a spirit which is on a quest to help an Emperor. You need to complete a series of grid puzzles in order to do so.

The game’s two factors are time and movement, both of which affect how successfully you’ll be. If you move your character in a given direction, it’ll force time to move forward or back. When time forwards, objects will play out normally to match the flow of time.

When you reverse time, objects will revert to their natural positions. You want to make the right moves in order to solve the puzzle. It’s an interesting take and apparently, after doing some research they’re called “Sokoban” puzzles.

The graphics are nice and colorful and the game is pretty intense. It feels like a relaxing puzzler, but you get pretty annoyed and pissed off at a few parts if you’re not good with puzzle game or have no patience. You’ll have to not only deal with the movement of time, but also levers, portals, and moveable objects all over the grid.

Stori is a pretty comic strip game where you play as a character going through a storybook adventure.

The game has you controlling a forest spirit and a robot where you can switch between the two by pressing a key. They each have their own ability and complement each other- you’ll need to use both of their abilities in order to progress through the game. The forest spirit can manipulate the edge of the comic book frame in order to add borders and create barriers or platforms in order to get across obstacles.

The robot can destroy borders and create new paths that were first nonexistent.

Stori is a very relaxing and calming game. Just get immersed into the world and have a good time.

The game is pretty fun to play and offers a unique experience that only some other games can capture, but at the same time, it needs some polish. It has gorgeous artwork and very nice puzzle platformer design. But it’s a pretty short game with some minor awkward moments. Still worth a play though just because it’s so damn unique.

Snowspirit is a difficult point-and-click adventure game where you need to save a snowman from melting in the sunny winter.

This snowman his lived its entire life on a snow summit. However, the sun is here boiling hot and you’ve gotten less snowfall than usual. His worm stash is also destroyed and he’s getting some bad dreams with no food source. So that’s where you come in and guide this poor snowman around and help solve the issue by solving puzzles. The game takes place in a series of dream worlds each unique in environment and puzzles to solve.

You need to restore order to the natural world as you travel through blurred reality. It has an old-school Lucas Arts point-and-click interface that’ll remind you of some older classics. It also supports controller and voice input, so you can literally talk to the game to tell it what to do.

The game is difficult. You need to pay attention to the environment, inventory, and nearly everything. Look for clues to solve puzzles.

The puzzles are difficult because they’re not so obvious. You’ll have to tread carefully and fully utilize your environment in order to progress.
