door is an awesome indie adventure game that has you solving a variety of puzzles as you escape from an evil character who wants to perform some nasty operations on you.
It’ll really remind you of every single horror film where the bad guy wants to catch you in order to do some sick and twisted experiment on you. You wake up trapped in a room with no idea what happened to you and you don’t even know your own identity. You then find out that there’s a captor who put you here and he wants to do some science tests on you that’ll alter human behavior.
You then have no choice but to escape!
It’s a puzzle-solving game that has the old-school interface of classic games where you walk around with the arrow keys and use a bunch of items in your hotbar. And it has old-school controls as well. The game is a very stylistic work of art with a blend of black and white color and a variety of tones to bring out important objects. The puzzles are nice and add a lot to the storyline. And the environment is immersive and atmospheric when combined with the audio.
As you find out the game’s backstory, it gets pretty dark and you can see things from his perspective. But then again, you don’t want to be subject to his doings so you need to escape in time!
