StarStory is a relaxing little indie game where you draw constellations in the sky.
There’s no real background to you or the strange man your within the woods. You’re sitting around a campfire with an older relative. You’re both just isolated in the woods with nothing but stars lighting up the sky.
You look up and have the ability to map out constellations. You can draw anything you want- create new ones or draw ones that exist in this alternate universe that he’ll tell you about. You may even draw out some new constellations that have yet to be discovered- with you being the first. This is StarStory in a nutshell. It’s a story about stars. He talks about everything from aliens to different constellations.
You can play endlessly with the stars. There’s no real goal other than draw what he says, but you don’t have to listen to him. You’re just drawing constellation at your own will and listening to the old tales he tells about the stars.
StarStory is a very pretty and relaxing indie game that’s worth checking out.
- Very calming and relaxing game
- Draw existing constellations or create new ones
- Listen to old tales from the old man
- Doesn’t appeal to hardcore gamers
- Would be better with more discovery, such as the old man giving hints about constellations in the sky that you need to find
