Citadel: Forged with Fire is more than just a fancy name.
This game looks stunning. It’s an open-world sandbox game RPG hybrid. It was announced a while ago but is now available for PC beta testing.
Citadel: Forged with Fire is an MMORPG with a huge world to explore. The entirety of it spans across a 22 square mile world for you to fight, explore, plunder, loot, and quest in. The world is absolutely amazing. The graphics look like they’re from a fully-polished AAA title. But don’t forget, this is really just an indie game at the moment and looks very promising.
It takes place in a medieval setting with a nice mix of weapons, spells, and abilities. You can do things like use elemental spells, bring down meteor showers, and even use telekinesis to lift objects in the environment.
You can form alliances and guilds with other players. You can ride, tame, and interact with mounts. you can even build your own house as the game supports player housing. The game plays just like any other MMORPG and has all the features you’d expect.
Besides the graphics, the game has an OST composed by Gareth Coker, who also composed the soundtrack for Ori and the Blink Forest. So you have an amazing soundtrack and immersive graphics for an awesome gameplay experience.
The beta will begin testing on 7/14/17.
