Feather (Early Access) – Free the Trapped Bird by Tweeting Notes in This Cute Puzzle Game

Game Description

Feather is a cute little musical puzzle game where you play as a bird locked in a cage trying to escape!

The goal of the game to tweet melodies you hear from the wild. As you ascend the tall birdcage, you need to repeat the tune you hear from the environment.

You slowly ascend in blocks. How it works is you hear a tune that plays in four different notes. You then reproduce this tune using Q, W, E, and R on your keyboard. As you match the tune, your bird ascends for each successful note you sing. Then your bird stops again to listen to the tune again. And you repeat it.

As you ascend, your bird gets closer to freedom. The game has cute and appealing graphics. You can see falling leaves, swaying wheat, and blocky mountains. It looks like you’re next to an abandoned mineshaft or something, as there are lanterns about. It has low-poly abstract graphics that fit the game well.

But the visuals just make the cake sweeter. The tunes are the main cue you’ll be listening to. It’s cute, catchy, and will urge you to free your bird.

Feather is a very relxing indie game worth checking out if you’re just looking to have a chill time.
